TGL Season 2. TGL and ESPN revealed the Season 2 schedule, starting on the 28th December, as defending champion Atlanta Drive faces NYGC. The season includes 15 regular matches and a best-of-three finals in late March. Matches will air across on DSTV.

Full Swing Season 4. Netflix has confirmed a fourth season of its hit golf docuseries Full Swing. Expected to release in early 2026, Season 4 will feature six episodes following major storylines from 2025, including Rory McIlroy’s Masters triumph, Scottie Scheffler’s dominant season, and behind-the-scenes moments from the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black.

PGA Boost. Dean Burmester will return home to compete in the Sunshine Tour’s PGA Championship at St Francis Links (Nov 27–30, 2025). Representing Stinger GC, Burmester joins teammates Louis Oosthuizen, Charl Schwartzel, and Branden Grace, who together are contributing R3 million to boost the tournament’s prize fund. Burmester, the 2021 champion, will aim to reclaim one of South Africa’s most prestigious titles.

Poor Tiger. Tiger Woods has undergone L4-L5 disc replacement surgery to address severe back pain and loss of mobility. Performed by Dr. Sheeraz Qureshi in New York, the procedure was successful. This marks Woods’ second back surgery in just over a year. No recovery timeline has been shared, but his return to competitive golf remains uncertain.
