I hope you all missed me last week, I was on a work trip and one thing lead to the next and it was Wednesday already, so I decided to pie it off.
Padraig Harrington is a Major winner again, and our bright young gun Aldrich Potgieter claimed his first PGA Tour win, unbelievably chuffed for him.

NEWS
Short News Snippets From Around The World

Jay Is Out. The PGA Tour has named NFL executive Brian Rolapp as CEO, with Jay Monahan staying on as commissioner until 2026. Rolapp brings business acumen but little golf experience, raising eyebrows. A new structure separates business and competition oversight, with a former player likely to fill the commissioner role. Speculation surrounds Tiger Woods.
Who Is Brian Rolapp? Brian Rolapp is a veteran NFL executive with a strong background in media and business strategy. He served as the NFL’s chief media and business officer, orchestrating major deals with Amazon and Netflix. Though new to golf, his commercial success and innovation made him the PGA Tour’s top pick as CEO.
It’s Not You, It’s Me. Collin Morikawa has parted ways with caddie Joe Greiner after just five events together, citing a lack of synergy despite mutual respect. Former college teammate KK Limbhasut will temporarily caddie at this week’s Rocket Classic. It’s Morikawa’s second bag change in two months, continuing a season marked by inconsistency.
LIV to PGA. James Piot, the 2021 U.S. Amateur champ and former LIV Golf player, will become the first ex-LIV member to receive a sponsor's exemption on the PGA Tour. After over a year away from LIV competition, Piot was invited to play the Rocket Classic in his home state of Michigan.
Haters Series. LPGA Tour winner Jenny Shin has suggested a viral-style video series where top female pros take on male amateurs who criticize women’s golf. Inspired by Barstool Sports’ “Haters” format, the idea gained traction, Barstool’s Riggs even offered to produce it. Could this be the LPGA’s next big social media hit?
