It is becoming the Scottie Scheffler show once again. This guy is just wild. His consistency is unreal.

Happy Gilmore 2’s trailer is out, it looks like it is going to be an absolute cracker.

The Tour Championship announces that it is going away with the starting strokes. I am fully behind this, as it gives everyone an even chance to win the event, whilst still making the season-long points race interesting during the event.

The Masters Tickets are officially open for the 2026 event. As I am the one informing you, I’ll be taking your +1 ticket 😁😁

NEWS
Short News Snippets From Around The World

Will Is Out. Will Zalatoris, former PGA Tour Rookie of the Year, underwent back surgery for two herniated disks and will miss the rest of the 2025 FedEx Cup season. He’s faced recurring back issues since 2022. Despite recent struggles, Zalatoris remains optimistic about recovery and aims to return in the fall.

Uncertain Future LIV Golf has ended its practice of offering massive upfront contracts, leaving stars like Koepka and DeChambeau uncertain about their futures. With the PGA Tour rejecting a $1.5 billion PIF deal and LIV’s stability in question, players may return to the PGA Tour, potentially reshaping pro golf’s competitive landscape.

No More Starting Strokes. The PGA Tour is dropping its starting-strokes format at the Tour Championship. Starting in 2025, all 30 players will begin at even par in a standard 72-hole stroke-play event. The move aims to simplify scoring, increase competitiveness, and better reward season-long performance, with more format changes under consideration.

Ballet Is Open. Registration for 2026 Masters tickets is now open. If you're hoping to attend next year’s tournament at Augusta National, you can apply for practice rounds and tournament tickets through the official Masters website. The application window is limited, so be sure to get your name in soon. TICKETS

TIPS
How to Get the Most Out of Your Range Sessions

Too often, range time becomes a mindless bucket-emptying routine. But with a smarter, more intentional approach, you can turn every session into real improvement.

Start Smart
Begin with short wedges to warm up your rhythm and body—don’t jump straight into full swings.

Use a Pre-Shot Routine
Practice like you play: stand behind the ball, breathe, visualise, and commit. This builds consistency and confidence.

Simulate the Course
Visualise holes from your home course. Play shots as if you’re on the tee, then the fairway. Add pressure and track performance.

Mix Practice Types
Blend block practice (one club, one focus) with random play to stay engaged and adaptable.

Short Game Matters
Spend time chipping, pitching, and putting—it’s where strokes are saved.

Finish Strong
End with shots you know you can hit well to build trust.
